CrimsonLogic Rolls Out Enhanced SingPass System

Singapore’s leading eGovt solutions provider takes over SingPass services

26 November 2007, Singapore – Leading eGovernment solutions provider, CrimsonLogic today announced that it has successfully rolled out an enhanced Singapore Personal Access (or SingPass) system.

Serving 3 million registered users, SingPass is a common online ID and password for users to transact with the Government online. With the enhanced SingPass system, users can now reset their password online. Users are required to first answer questions about themselves correctly, before receiving a code on their pre-registered mobile phones and another code on the online screen. Users can then use these codes together to reset their password. Users can also enjoy the ease and convenience of a single log-in page instead of the previous two-step process.

Leong Peng Kiong, CEO of CrimsonLogic said, “CrimsonLogic is proud to be selected as the service provider of the new SingPass system. We attribute our success to our domain expertise and technological know-how. The entire team at CrimsonLogic is dedicated to transforming the way the public interacts with the Government.”

Visit www.singpass.gov.sg to learn more about the new SingPass features. For users requiring assistance on SingPass, please contact the CrimsonLogic SingPass Hotline at 6887 7377 or email singpass-helpdesk@crimsonlogic.com.
